Over 200 Unicity Franchise Partners from all over Europe celebrated the Unicity Extravaganza in Frankfurt on June 12, 2010. Unicity’s very demanded CEO Stewart Hughes especially travelled to Europe to meet with the Europeans in person. All attendees had the opportunity to learn from the top leaders, such as the three European Double Diamonds and Chairman’s Club Members Daniel Müller, Alexander Krause and Dr. Sven Goebel. On top of that Chairman’s Club Member Chavich Saekim, the first Triple Diamond in the history of Unicity globally had travelled from Thailand to share personally his story and how Unicity impacted the lives of so many people in his organization in Asia. The entire event was driven bilingually, which added an accent of intense reflection from all participants on the shared information and comprehensive trainings. |

The direct selling company WellStar from Berlin registered an unprecedented development in the new business last month. Over 5.000 new partners and end customers just registered in the last 30 days with new record turnovers. This result reflects the development of the momentum since the beginning of the year. Overall the new business in Europe more than doubled within the last three months. As reward for this success, WellStar will now increase provisions on end customers by fabulous 50 %, effective June 1st 2010. |

Herbalife Ltd. announced a three-year, multi-million dollar agreement with FC Barcelona to make Herbalife the club's Official Nutrition Sponsor. At the same time, Leo Messi has agreed to a personal sponsorship agreement. The contract with FC Barcelona involves the acquisition by Herbalife of global association rights, as well as various publicity assets and rights held by the club to promote its name internationally. |

The US direct selling comapny USANA Health Sciences, Inc has announced that China will be its next international market. Over 6,000 USANA Associates and guests were in attendance at USANA's Asia Pacific Convention in Hong Kong to hear the announcement. This announcement was also broadcast live via a world-wide webcast to an additional 6,000 Associates in various USANA markets. Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: NUS) announced record first-quarter results, with revenue of $364.1 million, a 23 percent improvement over the prior-year period. Quarterly revenue was positively impacted 8 percent by foreign currency fluctuations. Earnings per share for the quarter were $0.48, a 153 percent improvement, or 71 percent when excluding restructuring charges of approximately $0.09 per share included in the prior-year results. |
